Home Staging
If you're looking to sell your home, our tailored home staging services will help present your home so that it stands out from the competition and captures the attention of prospective buyers.
Often buying a home is an emotional decision ... so we concentrate on creating an environment in which buyers will "emotionally connect" with the home. We focus on the buyer's perspective - considering what the buyer will think and feel from the moment they see the home - whether viewing it online or as they drive up and walk through the home!
Our "Walk and Talk Staging Consultation" is perfect for those do-it-yourself homeowners - it's quick and budget-friendly! Generally taking 2 hours to complete - we come to your home and walk with you throughout your entire home - giving you a professional assessment of what needs to be completed in order to get your home ready to sell. We'll help you prepare your home for market by showing you your home through "buyer's eyes" and giving you our expert recommendations - you are encouraged to help us with the changes and take notes. Walk and Talk Staging Consultations start at $125 for the initial 2 hours and $50 for each additional hour.
We also offer hands-on consultation and staging services where we can provide as little or as much assistance as you want. Staging fees vary depending on the scope of the project.

Redesign
It's all about YOU - your taste, how you live in your home, etc. While utilizing many of the same techniques as home staging, redesign focuses on improving your home for you and your family, rather than the buyer.
When redesigning or remodeling your home - we focus on working with you to transform your home into a warm and inviting space that is a reflection of your family's personality and style. We understand that it is your home, you live there and we want you to LOVE your home!
At Sandcreek Designs LLC, we use the art of using what you already have in new and fresh ways, while incorporating tried and true decorating rules throughout the home, so that when you step into your house you “FEEL HOME.”
Interior Redesign is the perfect solution if…

We start with an initial working consultation which usually runs about two hours - depending on whether you just want us to give you advice or actually start right to work "redesigning" using your existing furniture and accessories. During this time, we will discuss your decorating challenges, your family’s lifestyle and design preferences, share ideas with you on paint colors, furniture placement, window treatments, etc.
Redesign ... a step further...
Should you want or need to purchase additional items to put a finishing touch on your new look …. we can suggest or shop for whatever you need - including selecting new furnishings, creating custom window treatments and bedding, and accessorizing your rooms. We know where to go to find what you want and most importantly - we have the ability to pull it all together for you!
All of our redesign services are priced by the hour - $75 for the initial hour and $50 for each additional hour - so you can feel free to simply ask us for advice or let us handle all of the details - whatever best suits your needs and budget.
